The Insight Acupressure Faculty Alliance (formerly Soul Lightening International) is delighted to offer a PDF download of our original 2018 Family Cookbook.

In the Five Element tradition, we can support health and balance with wise food choices as we identify which ingredients are associated with each element. In this cookbook we have taken a very simple approach to identifying the Five Element nature of each of these recipes.

This beautiful compilation, created from decades of love and joy shared in our individual and extended families, serves to remind us of the need for gathering and fostering soul nourishment. May each recipe remind you that the way to our hearts can be to buy and/or make food, as well as to be the food and compassionate presence that nourishes the Divine within ourselves and each other. May each recipe be a fulcrum for bringing joy, love, laughter, and play to your days, and may each gathering support awakening and health in our families and in the global community.
