Acupressure for Anyone: Dr. Aminah Raheem developed this series with the intention of making acupressure accessible to individuals of all ages and backgrounds including children, caregivers, and health professionals. The aim was to provide a simplified version of our clinical releases to be utilized for self-care or shared with family and friends. Our instructors offer a range of classes including Seva Stress Release, the Good Points Series for Common Conditions, Good Points Yoga, and an Introduction to Acupressure (2-day class).
